ETRUM®/ETRUM® Industries
ETRUM® Industries

Businesses we own and operate.

ETRUM® Industries holds the group's investments in operating companies. Vertically integrated from raw-material sourcing to finished-goods distribution, and located across multiple jurisdictions to optimise logistics, lead times and market access, these businesses deliver turnkey solutions to sovereign and institutional clients.

The holding company

Principal, in-market.

ETRUM® Industries is the second of the group's two platforms. Where ETRUM® Funds manages capital for investors, ETRUM® Industries deploys the group's own capital into businesses it controls and runs: aerospace, trading houses, mines and processing ventures, power assets, construction and infrastructure programmes, farms and food plants, defence and security operations, and the technology that connects them.

The businesses are organised so that each can be governed, financed and, where required, licensed in the jurisdiction best suited to it, while sharing group-level treasury, procurement, legal, compliance and risk functions. This vertical integration lets ETRUM® maintain quality control across critical supply chains, reduce dependency on third-party vendors and align with regional content and market-access requirements.

Several of the sectors below also feed the funds: the trade flows financed by Trade Finance Fund I and the agri-industry assets of the AAA Fund are originated and operated within ETRUM® Industries.

Commodities & Supply Chain

Physical trading · energy · agricultural · industrial minerals · construction materials

ETRUM® trades physical commodities that underpin food, energy and construction in emerging markets — energy and agricultural commodities under sovereign off-take agreements, industrial minerals and fertiliser inputs, and construction materials such as cement and steel. The group acts as principal: originating supply, arranging finance, managing logistics and delivering to end buyers.

The same flows feed ETRUM® Funds' trade-finance vehicles, so that trading and financing reinforce rather than compete with one another.

Mining & Natural Resources

Upstream extraction · processing · multi-jurisdictional

ETRUM® participates financially in upstream extraction and processing ventures across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on minerals that sit at the start of the group's own supply chains — including phosphate and other fertiliser inputs.

Participation ranges from project finance and off-take-linked investment to controlling positions where the group's trading and logistics capability materially improves the economics of the asset.

Energy & Power

Conventional & renewable generation · transmission · fuel supply

ETRUM® management's experience in energy spans over two decades of conventional and renewable power generation, transmission infrastructure and fuel-supply logistics. Today the group develops utility-scale solar in markets where the grid is the constraint on everything else, structured in phases so that each tranche is financeable on its own and meets the standards of development-finance institutions and commercial lenders.

Alongside utility-scale programmes, the group deploys distributed generation and storage for industrial users, including its own facilities.

Construction & Infrastructure

Civil works · roads · PPP · post-conflict reconstruction

The group's construction and infrastructure efforts focus on large-scale civil works and public-private partnerships in high-growth markets: road networks and the asphalt plants that build them, industrial facilities and utility assets.

In economies re-entering the global system after disruption, ETRUM® brings the full chain — materials, finance, energy, security and construction — to programme-scale reconstruction of housing, industry and public infrastructure, sequenced so that access comes before assets and power before plants.
